The Fine Stuff: making good bread out of every day.

Wrapped in an uplifting, fresh Indie Folk and Cosmic Americana sound, Beev Rations' new single (and official video) arrives with exuberant and elevated vibes, featuring a highly suggestive in content. The Fine Stuff is about our approach to life and the decisive effect that approach has on how we usually feel.

The affectionate and complicit interaction between a cat and its caretaker is the common thread of a theme that stands out musically for the beauty of its passages and vocal harmonies, along with the changes of rhythm (from a calm country-rock to a lively shuffle), in a gradual crescendo that involves us and keeps us in suspense until the end.

As for the lyrics, although the most obvious is often overlooked, it is no mystery that our attitude determines how we fare in life. For example, the habit of leading our view to unpleasant things and talking or abounding in them tends to make us feel and think in a negative way, while if we put our attention and focus on what we really like or love and want, it is sure that we'll feel better to the extent that we do so.

What is not well known by many is that habitual thoughts and emotions generate a particular chemistry in our body, which will be healthy or not, according to the nature of what we usually feel and assume.
